Product Description
The Porsche 992 Turbo features progressive styling and a twin-turbocharged flat-six producing exceptional performance. However, factory exhaust restrictions and emissions regulations limit the vehicle’s true acoustic potential.
The Kline Innovation Inconel exhaust system is engineered to unlock the true sound and performance of the 992 Turbo platform, transforming the restrained factory tone into an exotic, motorsport-inspired exhaust note.
Sound Characteristics
The system replaces the heavy factory rear silencer with a lightweight F1-grade Inconel 625 X-pipe and valvetronic silencers, significantly reducing weight while raising the exhaust pitch into a sharper, more exotic tonal range.
Removing the restrictive factory catalysts and replacing them with high-performance 200-cell sport catalytic converters greatly improves exhaust flow and enhances the system’s acoustic character.
The Kline Valvetronic system allows drivers to maintain quiet cruising when valves are closed, while opening the valves unleashes a raw, aggressive motorsport-inspired sound.
Performance
Turbocharged Porsche platforms respond extremely well to exhaust upgrades. By improving exhaust flow and reducing back pressure, the system enhances overall engine efficiency and throttle response.
When paired with appropriate tuning adjustments, replacing the factory catalysts with high-performance sport catalysts or de-cat pipes can result in power gains exceeding 40 horsepower and 55 Nm of torque.
